Included: private playtime; daily video and photo updates; two daily feedings of premium Farmina Matisse Chicken/Tuna food; a hygienic, sanitized room; tofu cat litter; Coway filtered water; 24-hour air conditioning and air ventilation.

BOOKING & ARRIVAL

One room is allocated for Petopedia bookings for this room type. Book at least one day in advance. Instant confirmation is subject to availability. Select the actual number of cats. The included-cat room price also applies when fewer cats stay.

Check-in and check-out window: 10:30am–5:00pm. Arrange arrival and collection within this window.

CUTEcats BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

Vaccinations must be current (within 12 months). Bring your cat’s vaccination booklet on arrival. CuteCats states that cats whose vaccination has lapsed for more than six months cannot be accepted. If vaccination is overdue, confirm eligibility with CuteCats before booking.

Cats must be in good condition before boarding. If your cat has had loose stool, vomiting, unusual tiredness, poor appetite, flu, coughing or sneezing within the week before the stay, CuteCats asks you to consult a vet first. Pregnant cats are not eligible for boarding. Ensure your cat is urinating and defecating normally before check-in.

ROOM COMPARISON

Amethyst: RM60/night for 1 cat; RM10 for a second cat; maximum 2.

Cullinan: RM110/night for up to 2 cats; RM20 per additional cat; maximum 4.

Emerald: RM220/night for up to 3 cats; fourth cat +RM40, fifth cat +RM30; maximum 5.

Sapphire: RM300/night for up to 4 cats; fifth and sixth cats +RM45 each, seventh and eighth cats +RM40 each; maximum 8.
