Comfort for every stay
Choose Amethyst, Cullinan, Emerald or Sapphire accommodation, with room capacities of up to 2, 4, 5 or 8 cats respectively. Boarding includes private playtime, daily photo and video updates, premium Farmina Matisse meals twice daily, tofu cat litter, filtered water, and 24-hour air conditioning and ventilation.
Grooming to suit your cat
Choose Pure, Premium, Flea & Tick or Fungal packages, with kitten, adult, shorthair, longhair and coat-type options. Normal Coat (NC) refers to domestic cats; Double Coat (DC/O) refers to breed cats. Optional add-ons and à -la-carte services are available on the grooming page.
Shop opening hours
Monday–Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am–9:00pm. Friday: 10:00am–1:00pm and 2:30pm–9:00pm.
Plan your visit: Boarding check-in and check-out: 10:30am–5:00pm. Book at least one day in advance. On Fridays, arrange arrival or collection outside the 1:00pm–2:30pm shop break. Review the vaccination and boarding requirements on your chosen room’s product page before booking.
