   • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

   • Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
   • The goods must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
   • Certain goods are non-returnable:

     • Health or hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed.
     • Goods that have been mixed with other items post-delivery.
   • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Process

   • We will reimburse you using the same payment method as your original order.
   • Sale items are generally non-refundable unless prohibited by law.

   • If the goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
