2. How do I access booking services?
Simply browse through our listed pet service providers (grooming, boarding, training, etc.), select the service you want, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking through our platform.
3. What if the pet shop says they did not receive my booking order?
Don’t worry! You may directly WhatsApp our support team, and we will confirm and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4. Can I request a refund if I change my mind after booking?
Yes, as long as you have not sent your pet to our service partner. Refund requests are processed within 1–5 business days, and the turnaround time depends on your payment method.
5. What payment methods does Petopedia accept?
We accept major payment methods including online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, and selected e-wallets.
6. How will I know if my booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and can check the status in your Petopedia account dashboard.
